Our clinic provides consultations in internal medicine, cardiology, diabetes, sleep apnea syndrome, endocrinology, respiratory medicine, and allergy. In addition to the chief cardiologist, we have multiple experienced physicians from university hospitals conducting examinations, offering a wide range of medical services.
1. We will conduct thorough examinations and provide appropriate treatment for patients experiencing chest pain, palpitations, and shortness of breath.
2. Prevention of readmission after discharge: Controlling patients admitted for cardiovascular or diabetes issues to minimize the chances of readmission.
3. Prevention of transition to severe conditions: Controlling lifestyle-related diseases such as diabetes,
hypertension, and hypercholesterolemia to prevent vascular diseases like strokes and heart attacks.
Consultation Guidelines
For foreign patients, the consultation may take longer than for those who speak Japanese. Therefore, please make a reservation online before coming for a consultation. In the case of direct visits on the same day, it may not be possible to conduct the examination. Thank you for your understanding.
Clinical Departments
Cardiology
We promptly diagnose and treat conditions like myocardial infarction, heart failure, and arrhythmias as causes of palpitations, shortness of breath, and chest pain. We also provide treatment to prevent readmission for patients hospitalized due to myocardial infarction, heart failure, or arrhythmias.
Diabetes
Physicians specializing in diabetes are available for consultations from Monday to Friday. We not only provide oral medications but also handle the introduction of insulin in outpatient settings. Since diabetes can lead to vascular diseases such as strokes and heart attacks, physicians in both cardiology and diabetes collaborate closely to support patients in diabetes treatment.
Internal Medicine
If you are struggling with lifestyle-related diseases like hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, or hyperuricemia, please consult with us. We consider lifestyle changes along with the necessity of medication.
Sleep Apnea Syndrome
Do you experience snoring or daytime sleepiness? Sleep apnea syndrome can lead to various complications. We offer both simplified and precise sleep apnea tests that can be done at home. For moderate to severe cases, we introduce CPAP(continuous positive airway pressure) therapy.
Respiratory Diseases
Every Saturday, consultations are conducted by a respiratory medicine specialist from a university hospital. If you are seeking treatment for conditions such as asthma, COPD, refractory bronchitis, or smoking cessation, we recommend scheduling your consultation on Saturdays whenever possible.
Allergy
Hay Fever We accept allergy and hay fever testing and treatment appointments every day. Please feel free to come at a time that is convenient for you.
Infectious Diseases
We conduct examinations for symptoms such as sore throat and fever, but appointments are necessary. Please be aware that direct visits without appointments may not guarantee consultations.

As a specialist in cardiology, Dr. Murai is the director of Internal Medicine and Cardiology Murai Clinic. With 16 years of experience before establishing the clinic, working at Nippon Medical School Hospital (NMS hospital) and related hospitals, including 4 years in the cardiac intensive care unit(CCU), I had expertise in the treatment of patients with myocardial infarction and acute heart failure. After completing intensive care, I also managed the outpatient clinic for severe heart failure patients in NMS hospital.
